As you can see, at the start of work on this project, this house needed quite a bit of work from the Lifetyme Exteriors crew on site. The old paint was peeling off around the entire structure, boards needed to be replaced, and in general it had been a while since any TLC had been given to this building’s exterior. The house was washed, scraped thoroughly (following all EPA lead-safe protocols), sanded, all gaps and crevices were caulked and sealed, the exterior was primed completely and 2 coats of our Smart Color topcoat were applied at a thickness that greatly exceeds that of standard house paint.
